I am an Occupational Therapist woking in early intervention. Just received a referral on a little boy with Larsen's Syndrome. Will go for an initial observation next week. Report I have says the boy has "club hands". Looks like joint deformities are associated with this diagnosis. Are there general precautions for weight bearing positions? Can weight bearing be done if joints are stabilized? Would appreciate an input.
