I have larson syndrome along with both of my daughters. It was not diagnosed in me until my youngest was born 6 weeks early at Texas Childrens in Houston, I never had major trouble growing up with it. I did have to have surgery on my left knee due it always dislocating. My oldest daughter seems to have the most problem. As posted by Linda Crawford earlier my daughter also did not walk until 17 and a half. She has many of the same symptoms her daughter exhibited. I do however have some hearing loss and it seems to be getting worse. My oldest daughter has hypersensitive hearing though. I would love to talk to some parents dealing with this syndrome. I have also just been diagnosed with my right side of my diaphram being paralyzed. Has anyone else heard of this problem with Larsons?
